Job Role:
Non-Voice Process (Customer Support – Email & Chat)
Location:
Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through email and chat-based non-voice processes.
Handle international customers’ queries with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain high standards of communication while resolving issues and escalating cases when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt solutions.
Process all interactions efficiently using strong English typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
Qualification:
Minimum: HSC pass candidates are eligible.
Graduation: Only non-technical graduates can apply.
Candidates pursuing regular courses are not eligible.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English.
Strong typing speed and accuracy (40+ words per minute).
Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment including night shifts.
Email support, chat handling, and non-voice process knowledge preferred.
Salary:
(competitive as per industry standards).
